I am a licensed psychologist and consultant seeing clients via telehealth. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology—cultivated from training in medical settings, schools, community clinics, and tech spaces. I also have conducted research and published about disabilities, gender, brain scans, social skills training, Filipinx/a/o mental health, etc. My other accomplishments include founding a trans nonbinary+ therapy group which still exists today, serving on an inaugural gender advisory council, addressing disability inclusion opportunities, mentoring mental health providers, etc.

I tailor therapy for each person and stay up to date on treatment and research. Some evidence-based tools I may blend into your treatment include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Disability-Affirmative Therapy (D-AT), psychodynamic, Seeking Safety, Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), Time Limited Dynamic Therapy (TLDP), Unified Protocol (UP), and informed brain-behavior relationships. I also embrace cultural ways of healing. In short, I utilize various modalities to provide you thoughtful care and one that is appropriate for your situation.
